Program Overview
The Anti-Drug Initiative (ADI) is a web-based diversion program for non-violent first and second time drug offenders. ADI is offered only to drug possession arrestees with no prior felony convictions. Random urinalysis is conducted each week that the client is enrolled in the program.
ADI is offered through Stewart-Marchman-Act Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. (SMA), a non-profit behavioral healthcare provider headquartered in Daytona Beach. This intervention program, in its 11th year, is currently provided throughout the four counties of the seventh circuit - Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns and Volusia.
